Delores Culley, Executive Director of The KEll House Heritage Center, 900 Bluff Street, Wichita Falls, updated members on one of the most historically significant buildings in Wichita County.
The house was occupied from 1908-1980 by members of the family of Fran KEll, who made a fortune in railroads, flour milling and oil.
