Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA) is a weekend event held at Tarleton State University in Stephensville, Texas. The weekend is an intensive leadership development program developed in 1971 by Rotary International for young leaders. For additional information about RYLA, visit the Rotary District 5790 website.
